Text Box: PRAYER

As Christians, prayer is such an integral part of our lives!  Followers of Christ hopefully pray at mealtime to give thanks for the blessings of nourishment and rest.  We may pray at bedtime to review the day with gratitude and for guidance.  We may pray during the day as thoughts for others, ourselves, or life situations enter our minds.  Prayer is the foundation which fuels our spiritual life, but what happens when the "Amen" is said?  Do we stop with the amen or consider "Where is God leading me?"  after we have said a prayer, or "What do I hear the Spirit asking of me?" now.  The question is "Does our practice follow our prayer?
